Bilişsel Davranışçı Yaklaşım Temelli Psiko-Eğitim Programın Öğrencilerin Akademik Öz-Yeterlik, Umut ve Okulda Öznel İyi Oluş Düzeyleri Üzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract

Okullarda pozitif psikoloji kapsamında ele alınan akademik öz-yeterlik, umut ve öznel iyi oluş, öğrencilerin okul yaşantılarını olumlu yönde destekleyen temel değişkenlerdir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, bilişsel-davranışçı yaklaşım temelli psiko-eğitim programının öğrencilerin akademik öz-yeterlik inançları, umut ve öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Yarı deneysel desene uygun olarak tasarlanan çalışma, pilot ve asıl uygulama olmak üzere iki aşamadan oluşmaktadır. Pilot uygulama sonucunda psiko-eğitim programı gözden geçirilerek asıl uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada ön test- son test ve izleme testi olarak Akademik Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği, Sürekli Umut Ölçeği ve Ergenler İçin Kısa Okulda Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Deney grubuna 12 oturumluk bilişsel davranışçı yaklaşıma dayalı psiko-eğitim programı uygulanmış, plasebo grubuna akademik öz-yeterlik, umut ve öznel iyi oluşla ilişkisi olmadığı belirlenen etkinlikler sunulmuş, kontrol grubuna ise herhangi bir müdahalede bulunulmamıştır. Çalışmada tüm gruplara ön test, son test ve izleme testleri uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, bilişsel-davranışçı psiko-eğitim programının öğrencilerin akademik öz-yeterlik, umut ve okulda öznel iyi oluş düzeylerini anlamlı düzeyde artırdığını göstermektedir.
