Öğretmen Adaylarının Mükemmeliyetçilik Düzeylerinin Reddedilme Duyarlılığı ve Öznel İyi Oluş Düzeylerine Göre İncelenmesi

Özet

Bu çalışmada öğretmen adaylarının mükemmeliyetçilik eğilimlerinin; reddedilme duyarlılığı ve öznel iyi oluş düzeylerine göre değişip değişmediği incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 1009 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular öğretmen adaylarında reddedilme duyarlılığının mükemmeliyetçilik ile olumlu, öznel iyi oluş ile olumsuz yönde anlamlı bir ilişkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Mükemmeliyetçilik ve öznel iyi oluş değişkenleri arasındaysa olumsuz bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Öğretmen adaylarında öznel iyi oluş düzeyi yükseldikçe mükemmeliyetçiliğin alt boyutlarından düzen ve tertip eğiliminin güçlendiği, davranışlardan duyulan şüphenin ve hatalara karşı ilginin azaldığı saptanmıştır. Anne-babadan yönelen eleştiri ve beklentiler arttıkça öznel iyi oluş düzeyinin düştüğü belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının öznel iyi oluş düzeylerine göre, kişisel standart özelliklerinin farklılaşmadığı saptanmamıştır. Reddedilme duyarlılığı düzeyi yükseldikçe davranışlardan duyulan şüphe, kişisel standartlar ve hatalara duyulan aşırı ilgi de artmaktadır. Anne-babadan yönelen eleştiri ve beklentiler arttıkça reddedilme duyarlılığının da arttığı belirlenmiştir. Reddedilme duyarlılığı düzeylerine göre öğretmen adaylarının düzen-tertip düzeylerinin farklılaşmadığı saptanmıştır.
